Save the Date!
Dr. Elliot Jones, our well-loved Music Director, is moving to Pacific Grove at the end of April, to begin a new position on May 1st. His last Sunday will be April 26th. On that day at Fellowship, we’ll have a potluck party to celebrate his tenure at Pioneer and to wish him well in his new job. Ellen Arden-Ogle will be coordinating the food for the event; please tell her what you’d like to bring. And please see Randy Triezenberg to contribute to a farewell gift.

Bible Study
Bible study will not meet on Wednesday, April 1 but will return on Wednesday, April 8, at 6:30 PM in the church parlor. All are welcome to attend, regardless of your knowledge of the Bible.

Potluck on the First Sundays
We'll have our Potluck luncheon on Sunday, April 5, after church. On the first Sunday of each month, we host a potluck luncheon after church in Fellowship Hall. You are invited to bring your favorite dish to feed about 25-30 folks who stay after the service. We also have a few unhoused folks who join us. You don't need to sign up for anything specific, just bring what you like to cook and we'll eat it!

Signup Sheets
Have you been interested in volunteering at the church? One way to do that is to volunteer to be a Sunday reader, an usher, a teller, or to bring treats and food for Fellowship Hour. You are invited to see where you’d like to help out and sign up. Look for the signup sheets in Fellowship Hall on Sundays after church. Your help and contribution makes Pioneer shine!

Choir Rehearsal
Do you enjoy singing? We'd love to have you in our church choir. The Pioneer Choir presents music of a great variety of styles – Gregorian chant, Renaissance polyphony, traditional spirituals, brand-new choral anthems, and more. Rehearsals are at 6:30 on Thursdays in our choir room, and Sunday mornings at 9:15 AM in the sanctuary. New singers are welcome anytime. Music-reading skills are helpful, but not required.

Thank You!
A special thank you to Vi, Sue, Andy, and all who have been preparing our after-church fellowship refreshments and repasts for the last several weeks.
