Our church's polity and governance are not dictated by external forces. Instead, our local boards and committees, in partnership with the Pastor and Music Director, determine our mission, vision, and ministry. This autonomy is a testament to our independence and the trust placed in us by our denomination. 

Our church's success and spirituality are a collective responsibility. Each of us, represented by the various governing boards, plays a crucial role. Every month, a representative from each board joins the church officers, the Pastor, and the Music Director in a Council meeting, a leadership team gathering. This collaborative approach is what makes our church's governance unique and effective. Here are the Officers and the various Boards of the Pioneer Congregational Church.
